Early Help Hubs and Early Help Parenting Team

Our Early Help Hubs are still responding to Requests for Early Help Support, however due to safety measures such as the need for social distancing and keeping families and workers safe, there may be some changes as to how we contact families and share information as part of a multi-agency response. We may take a little bit longer to get back to you regarding your request. We will however deal with all requests and prioritise, based on level of need.

When there are early indications that things are not going well, Early Help is about engaging a child, young person, parent or family in a conversation about how to get things going well again.

Understanding the situation as early as possible and giving the right advice information and support starts here.

For general advice, guidance and information ring your Early Help Hub. To make a Request for Early Help Support including support with parenting, please complete and register an Early Help Assessment and then complete and submit (details on the Request form) your Request for Early Help. You can access a blank copy of the Request for Early Help Support here. To find out more about the courses delivered by the Early Help Parenting Team and how to apply for a place on a course please view the attachment in the downloads section.
