National Self Harm Network
The NSHN was formed over 10 years ago with the prime objective of supporting those people who self-harm. It consists of a number of volunteer workers who have experienced self-harm to themselves or have seen it in family or friends. The Network provides information and contacts about self harm and organisations that can help via their website and by post.
