This is for Young Carers attending our College.
We have secured the Young Carers in School Bronze Award.
We offer Early Help Assesments and use the MACA and PANOC
We will link our young carers to activities and services they want to be involved in
We hold whole school assembly raising awareness of young carers
We invite professionals into school to support our young carers on issues and topics important to them.
We work with local primary schools to ensure a good package of support for our young carers during transition.
We offer a range of activities and trips for our young carers.
We hold drop in sessions to allow opportunity for young carers to share wishes and feelings.
We will work together with our partners in schools and early help, our parents, carers and children.
We offer a range of support to both young people and other members of the family.
We offer a range of before and after school clubs for all young people to take part including homework support.
