Community events for Lesbian & Bi Women of Colour
Are you a lesbian, a bi woman* or a non-binary person of colour living in Greater Manchester? Then WoC Shine is for you!
As promised, the Women’s Programme of LGBT Foundation is launching community events for lesbian & bi women & non-binary people of colour, every month, all around Greater Manchester.
These events have been designed by the inclusion team of the Women's Programme.
Women of Colour (WoC) Shine’s regular meet-ins provide a relaxing social space to meet new people, have a chat and get to know each other.
We want to make sure this workshop is accessible for anyone who wants to attend, so if you have any access requirements please get in touch with Monica (email@example.com).
If you need support to come to the venue or if you need help to cover your travel cost, please get in touch as well.
*This event is for all BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) women or women of colour who identify as lesbian or bisexual, all or part of the time, including trans women, older women, disabled/neurodivergent women, women of all faiths and backgrounds, non-binary/gender fluid people and transfeminine people. We try to make our services welcoming and accessible to all; if you have any specific access requirements, please let us know and we'll try to help.
