The college has recently been recognised for being the first Further Education establishment in the country to offer continuation courses for local businesses to train their apprentices, and the college puts community at the heart of all they do. Worsley College is home to the modern and contemporary Glass House Restaurant. The Glass House Restaurant is run by the college’s dedicated hospitality and catering students under the supervision of their expert teachers who have worked in some of the best-known hotels and restaurants in the country. The training establishment specialises in afternoon tea, 3-course, modern contemporary evening meals and lunches

By train: Walkden railway station is just two minutes walk from Worsley Campus. Trains run regularly from Manchester Victoria, Salford Crescent, Salford Central, Swinton, Atherton, Daisy Hill, Hindley and Wigan Wallgate.
