Longsight Children's Centre is run by Big Life Families. Big Life Families is a social enterprise which delivers high quality, welcoming support and services to the families who need it most.
We have been delivering services for over 21 years and our commitment to local employment ensures that staff reflect the communities they work in and services change to reflect the needs of local people.
Big Life Families currently manage Children’s Centres in Manchester and Stockton-on-Tees, and deliver family support services in Manchester and Knowsley.
From time to time, we also deliver pilot and one-off projects, often working in partnership with other organisations – such as Peaks and Plains in Macclesfield.
We support parents and families to identify the issues they are facing, and then helps them access the services, and develop the skills they need, to change their lives for the better.
