About LEAP
The programme is provided by AgilityEco alongside a number of partner organisations and is funded by energy suppliers as part of the Warm Home Discount Industry Initiatives fund.
It is delivered in close partnership with Local Authorities, GMCA and Groundwork in Greater Manchester
The scheme is open to eligible people in all types of tenure. Customer-facing council and housing association staff and local community groups are all invited to refer people into the programme.
