Monday: Rebecca's Art Class. 2-4pm This is open to anyone aged 55 or over with or without any experience. All materials included. £2 per person.
Wednesday: Wellbeing Wednesday. 10am-2pm. Lots of activities. Tea & coffee and light lunch, £3 per person.
Thursday: Luncheon club. 12 noon-2pm. 2 course hot meal with dessert, tea and coffee and some company. £4 per person.
Thursday: Exercise Class. 10am-11am. Light chair exercises £2 per person
Friday: Yoga class. 11:30am-12:30pm. This is for any ability and will be chair based. £2 per person.
