The Proud Trust, home of LGBT+ youth Logo

The Proud Trust support young people across the north-west and beyond through youth groups, peer support, mentoring programmes and more. We work with and support adults in trusted positions, including schools and other children’s services, helping them make spaces more LGBT+ inclusive as well as improving confidence in tackling discrimination and celebrating diversity.

Our Youth groups: Are for LGBT+ young people, and those questioning their gender or sexuality, aged 13-19 (and up to 25 with additional needs) who live or spend time in Greater Manchester. It is a weekly group to provide a supportive space for LGBT+ young people to make friends, connect with their community, and explore a wide range of activities. The groups either meet online, at The Proud Place, or a local venue depending on the group.

You can see more information on our groups by visiting The Proud Trust Youth Groups  or chat to a worker on Proud Connection 12-6pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Proud Connections - The Proud Trust)
