Supportability
Previously known as Stockport CP, we provide a wide range of activities and support for children and adults with learning disabilities and associated physical disabilities as well as autistic spectrum conditions. We particularly focus on individuals with the most complex needs.
We are an independent parent and carer led charity with 70 years of experience. Our charity currently supports over one thousand people across Stockport, as well as in Trafford, Tameside, Derbyshire.
