Meditation/Mindfulness - Buddhist Samatha
The Manchester Centre for Buddhist Meditation fosters the development of Samatha meditation, an effective and gentle way of training the mind, leading to inner strength, tranquillity and knowledge.
Beginners’ classes take place most days of the week, please see our website for details. We also offer a weekly online drop-in meditation session with an emphasis on wellbeing.
People of any faith or none are welcome.
