Action for Blind People

Action for Blind People is a dynamic national charity founded in 1857. They are one of the largest charities in the UK working with blind and partially sighted people to enable them to transform their lives. Every year Action for Blind People provide direct support for more than 24,000 visually impaired people.

Their mission is to inspire change and create opportunities to enable blind and partially sighted people to have equal voice and equal choice.  They offer advice and support for children, young people and families around a range of issues including independent living, employment and welfare rights.
