Family Hubs

Family Hubs Manchester
Family Hubs bring together services for families with children of all ages (0-19) or up to 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). At the core of the offer is an enhanced Start for Life offer which provides support to parents and carers from a child’s conception until their second birthday.
Family Hubs are important because all families need a bit of help at times. In Manchester the family hubs will make it easier for parents to get support and ensure better outcomes for them and their children. Family hubs will act as one-stop-shops where families can access important services, making it easier for families to get the help they need, when they need it and improving the support on offer.
Our Hubs will have three key areas of focus:
Access – Family Hubs are a clear point of access for help and support
Connection – The purpose of a hub is connection – services, professionals and different organisations working together
Relationships – A family Hub means a family focus where relationships are the key – we will look to build on existing family strengths
We have three Family Hubs:
As well as our physical Hubs we will also be providing a virtual offer that will be available to all Manchester residents. This offer will provide a range of different types of resources that are available online and that you can directly access yourself.
Our new look website is currently being developed and will be launched in the very near future!
