Free Well-being Course for Parents and Carers of Children

Learn ways to lift your mood and boost your confidence.  This short course can help with anxiety and stress through art based activities in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

We will follow the 5 ways to wellbeing using discussion, sculpture, print making and drawing.  We will focus each week on one of the 5 ways to wellbeing and an art activity.
