Manchester Chinese Centre is a registered charity no 1114121 and company limited by guarantee no 5641623 established since Dec.2005.  MCC is open seven days a week.   Wider community is welcome!

We aim to enhance community cohesion by assisting Chinese speaking people throughout Greater Manchester to integrate and access opportunities, enabling them to participate fully in the society.

We achieve this by bringing together a diverse range of academic learning opportunities, supporting research work, leisure activities in arts, culture and sports.  

We provide:

  • Chinese Supplementary School from age 4 –A level

  • Dragon Heart Nursery Ofsted Reg. No: EY499011  from 6 months - 4 years

  • Registered JCQ Exam Centre: 32483

  • Homework club: tuition for academic subjects

  • Art and Music lesson for children

  • Free education advice for Chinese community

  • Free welfare and legal advice for the Chinese community

  • Adult education partnership with WEA.

  • Elderly Chinese Opera Group available every Tuesday

  • Community interpreting and translation service

  • Chinese Educational workshop for local Schools

  • Help school exchange between UK and China

  • Chinese festivals all year round
