Al-Anon offers understanding and support for families and friends of problem drinkers, whether the alcoholic is still drinking or not.
Members are people from all walks of life. They are wives, husbands, lovers, sisters, brothers, children, parents, friends or colleagues of alcoholics. No matter what their relationship has been with a problem drinker, they share a common bond: they feel their lives have been deeply affected by another person's drinking. They meet together to share our experience, strength and hope.
