Sue Ridley

I aim to provide a positive, warm, caring and inclusive environment to all in my care. I provide welcome packs and work in close partnership with parents to support their children. I provide activities to support children's learning and development and observe and monitor individual children's progress throughout the foundation stage. My premises are safe and secure, where children have the opportunity to access outdoor play. All food provided is fresh, healthy, nutritious and home cooked. I have Cavalier King Charles Spaniels they are crate trained and are not allowed in the children's playroom at any time and children are supervised at all times near any of my pets. I hold an NVQ level three in Children's Care Learning and Development. I continue to improve my setting by attending regular training such as:Special Educational Needs & Disability, Safeguarding, First Aid, Outdoor Play e.t.c.
I am a member of PACEY the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years.
I have experience caring for children with Asperger Syndrome, Asthma & Eczema.
