We are a young carer friendly school. 

We are looking to set up a young carers group \ drop in

We will offer Early Help Assesments and use the MACA and PANOC 

We will link our young carers to activities and services they want to be involved in 

We will hold whole school assembly raising awareness of young carers, we will support young carer awareness days. 

We will invite professionals into school to support our young carers on issues and topics important to them. 

We will work with our feeder schools and further education providers to ensure a good package of support for our young carers at key transitional stages. 

We will work together with our partners in schools and social care services, our parents, carers and children. 

Our young carers can access our groups including home work support, afterschool activities and will be able to participate in our partner groups such as Manchester United foundation.
