Have you ever wanted to learn sign language? Why not try a sign café?

A relaxed way to learn and practice basic sign language.

This is a great way to grasp some basic signs if you are a beginner. Or maybe you are considering a BSL course and would like to practice with others? Or maybe you just want to learn a new skill and meet new people? 

Whatever the case you are welcome to join us between 10-11am

Drop-in for £2.50 per session.

This is a relaxed way to learn sign language, this is not an accredited course, merely a place to practise sign language with other people in an everyday setting, allowing you to build your confidence in not only signing yourself but reading signs from others. 

Sessions are based on Sign Support English (SSE) which borrows signs from British Sign Language (BSL) and follows English grammatical structure.

SSE is used to support spoken English and is often used in education settings. For more information see
