Free Online Creative Writing & Wellbeing Project - POSITIVE FREQUENCIES
Positive Frequencies is a week of creative writing, self-expression with personal and professional development in a safe space.
Reform Radio’s Well-Being Manager Dan will be hosting a week-long goal-setting, wellness project. Utilising creative writing as an outlet, we will be covering many topics such as Imposter Syndrome, Working Life post-covid with the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals.
On Friday the project will culminate in a roundtable discussion to be recorded and shared on Reform Radio. During this discussion participants are welcome to share their creative writing or songs inspired by the week of creativity.
This course will be split between online and face to face sessions to ensure accessibility for all.
Beginning with an enrolment session: Thursday 20th October 12:30 - 2:30pm.
Project runs from Monday 24th - Thursday 27th (online) Friday 28th (FTF) 10am - 4pm.
Eligibility: For 19–30-year-olds, unemployed or working low hours, with a Manchester/GM based postcode.
