Stretch yourself is a no-nonesense class which focuses on developing participants posture and quietening the mind with stretching, strengthening and breathing exercises. The classes have been really successful so far, with participants mentioning they have reduced aches and pains (especially in the back), increased inspiration to exercise and get healthier, and improved focus. The class is suitable for complete beginners looking to become more active greadually or for experienced athletes who want to maintian their peak performance. The class can be taught in your own home 1 to 1 or for small groups if there is enough space.
