Remap - Making things possible

REMAP’s mission is to design and custom-make equipment to help people with disabilities live more independently. The equipment and adaptations made by our volunteers aims to support mobility, aid you at home, manage personal care or enjoy sports and hobbies.
HOW WE CAN HELP
STEP 1
To get our help, please first complete our secure online referral form.
The information you provide helps us assess the best way to support you. We will manage your personal data sensitively and securely.
STEP 2
If we can help, we will connect you with your nearest REMAP branch.
One of our volunteers will visit you at your home/school to discuss your situation and understand what you need.
STEP 3
We will then work with you to either adapt existing items or make a new piece of equipment that suits your needs.
Our volunteers will keep in touch with you until it is complete.
