The Well Women's Group
We help to empower women by enabling them to plan and lead the sessions. Ladies come for company and friendship, they feel safe and cared for. There is always a lovely welcoming atmosphere and an opportunity to gain experience and enjoy cultural exchanges, cook together and learn English through their activities.
