Falls Service. Central Manchester
The Community Falls Service is a specialist multi-disciplinary team consisting of
- Physiotherapist
- Occupational Therapist
- Falls Nurse
- Therapy Assistant
We provide home assessment for people who have fallen or are at risk of falling and who may be suitable to participate in a fall’s prevention programme. We pride ourselves on inclusivity for all.
Home assessment only. Please do not attend the office.

- Registered with a Central Manchester GP
- Experiencing falls
- Not currently active with another rehabilitation service, such as Intermediate Care
The falls team will visit you in your own home.
