Since its early formation, Wai Yin has aimed to provide a safe environment where confidentiality and discretion are valued. We offer advice, information and guidance to anyone in need. We assist people to access mainstream services and our extensive network of partners allows us to signpost information and services.
We are delighted to announce that Wai Yin Society has been awarded the Advice Quality Standard. The Advice Quality Standard (AQS) tells you that we offer a quality assured service. It communicates our commitment to professionalism, quality and customer care.
