Broughton House Veteran Care Village

Broughton House provides nursing, residential, residential dementia and respite care to the wide military family.
You are eligible for Broughton House if: You have served in His Majesty's Armed Forces, the Merchant Navy, a Reserve Force or were conscripted for National Service. Alternatively, you are also eligible if you are a family member/spouse of any of the beforementioned.
On the nursing care unit, a qualified nurse, alongside care staff, is on hand 24/7 to administer medication and provide support for residents throughout the day, no matter the time.
There are a wide variety of different care services on offer in this purpose-built homely environment. These include dietary requirements, physiotherapy, chiropody, specialist gym equipment (suitable for the elderly), person-centred medical care, counselling and much more.
All bedrooms within the nursing and residential care units are equipped with an en-suite shower room, hoists and a call bell system, should the resident need support.
Most recently, Broughton House has introduced retirement apartments for those who are aged 55+ and are largely independent but may still require a small level of care.
If you or a loved one are considering full-time or respite care, please don't hesitate to call, email or check out the Broughton House website for further information.
