Terrence Higgins Trust (THT)
Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) is the leading and largest HIV and sexual health charity in the UK. THT offers a wide range of support services, including:
- emotional support and information by phone, email and web-chat
- help with accessing HIV testing and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) treatment and other local sexual health services
- advice about your rights in benefits, employment, immigration and housing
- treatment advice
- contact with support groups
- help with accessing grants
- education for the community about HIV and sexually transmitted infections
- legal advice for those living with HIV
- counselling
THT also runs a national helpline called THT Direct. THT Direct is here to give you information and offer support. As well as providing information, advice and support about sexual health and HIV during your phone call, we are a gateway to services within Terrence Higgins Trust and services provided by other organisations. You can phone us on 0808 802 1221 between 10am and 6pm on Monday to Friday.
