Self-contained flats situated within a warden controlled, sheltered scheme.

Each flat has its own bathing and cooking facilities as well as having a communal kitchen and lounge. The warden is on site every weekday from 8.00am until 4.00pm and undertakes daily visits, if required, to each tenant's home. The warden also organises daily social activities that include bingo, tea and toast, lottery club and annual away days visits.

The site has an intercom door system, each flat has a community alarm service, laundry facilities are available, customers and their visitors are allowed to smoke and drink on site. The site also has a flat available for visitors to stay overnight; this can be accessed through the warden. The warden also completes visits on flats within a satellite block of flats situated within the same Close as the scheme. Each flat has the same amenities as above and also has the same access to the communal facilities stated above.

Advice, assistance and support is provide by the warden and Housing Officer in terms of benefit and rent issues, reporting repairs, dealing with anti-social behaviour and assistance in gaining access to other services relevant to their needs. The accommodation has a lower age limit of 60 plus with an exception to customers with severe medical needs.
