Our mission is simple. Everyone at Hesley Group is here to enable people with complex care needs to achieve their full potential.
Established in 1975, Hesley Group provides specialist residential, supported living and further education services. We aim to offer the best possible care, education and vocational opportunities for young people and adults with learning disabilities, often in association with autism and complex care needs, including behaviours of concern.
The Group has two specialist schools and two small independent specialist colleges, as well as a range of residential services. Provision is based on the values of person-centredness, quality, positive outcomes, with an emphasis on keeping people safe, as well as on staff training and support. We seek to work positively with all partners and people who use our services, parents, families, carers and professional agencies. So we can do our very best with and for the people we collectively support. We see the Local Offer as a great opportunity to enhance this co-working.
