Northmoor Community Association - Next Step project

Our Next Step project is a free service that is available to anyone aged 16+. We offer 1:1 appointmets for support with Universal Credit, Benefits, Housing, Jobs, CVs and online learning.

Online learning includes learning how to use a smartphone/tablet/computer as well as industry courses such as Health and Safety, Food Safety, Starting a Business, Secretary Skills and many more. 

Northmoor Community Association (NCA) is an independent charity set up by the local community in 2000 with a Community Centre on Northmoor Road in Longsight, Manchester. We have an open door policy: anyone can come in and use our services no matter where you live or your circumstances.

NCA is run with an emphasis on relieving poverty, promoting health & wellbeing, advancing skills & learning and enhancing the quality of life for the people who engage with us and use our services. The NCA is an integral part of a diverse community that is tackling multi levels of deprivation and we fulfil our mission by offering a wide range of services and activities for all ages, all of which are delivered by a dedicated team of staff and volunteers who have a variety of skills and knowledge.
