  • FREE Cookery Workshop – A one off workshop where young carers learn new cookery skills through cooking 2 meals and then enjoy eating what has been prepared with other young carers.
  • FREE Nutrition Workshop – one off 2 or 3- hour workshop which highlights the importance of healthy eating to young carers and provides tips on how to do this.
