Depression UK
Depression UK is a small national self help organisation for anyone suffering from depression or those who care about them. By means of self-help and mutual support, they try to help their fellow sufferers overcome the fears, anxieties and isolation felt by them. For their members, they provide six newsletters a year, penfriend and phonefriend schemes, and they are in touch with a number of independent self help groups. Members pay ú10.00 per annum or what they can afford.
