Whalley Range Community Forum (WRCF)- Third Party Reporting Centre
Whalley Range Community Forum (WRCF) is a representative residents group formed in 1995 to facilitate and improve communication and cohesion between members of the richly diverse community and those who serve or represent Whalley Range. Councillors, Council officers, GMP etc get together with other groups and residents under the umbrella of WRCF at meetings held once every two months. WRCF supports established and new groups, including the Age-friendly Whalley Range initiative, acting as an information discussion forum for issues affecting local residents. WRCF disseminates information via its newsletters, email and website, facilitates activities at the JNR8 Centre, and co-organises a local annual community festival.
