Sensory Yoga Service
Provision of online sensory yoga sessions for children who have autism, ADHD and other specific needs. The idea of the sessions is to provide children with soothing and regulating activities and exercises for them to become calmer, more resilient and develop their motor skills, strength and coordination. It has been suggested that online services work best for schools and families because it means that parents, teachers and children can choose the timings of the pre-recorded sessions. Therefore, the yoga can slot into the weekly timetable in a flexible manner.
